meta.xml: the same in all DWCA? #62

@gsautter is the meta.xml file in the DWCA always the same, of does it only include the terms that are used in the DWCA?

The meta.xml is a static file, which is the same in all out DwCAs, just as we defined it when we started exporting DwCAs. The code adding the data files (taxa.txt, etc.) is in sync with that file, so it's a complicated thing to change.
