Add diversity statement to the website home page. #34

Unfortunately I had to remove the lambda roof, but I don't think anyone is going to be upset.

It just occurred to me that I could also potentially add the lambda roof back and put the diversity statement card at the top of the "People of PLClub" section. I think it looks much better as-is, but I'm not sure if it's weird that the statement is technically in the "PLClub Discussion Group" section. I'm not sure I have an opinion either way.

Sorry busy week. Looking at this now, it looks really good. Is it deploy-ready?
