Can not find BACnet network

We are trying to get connected to a reliable BACnet network, but we are facing some issues:

• After opening the service via IP:2000 and trying to "Update all devices / tags" nothing happens. We can only see PLCnext Engineer Tags from the project, but that is not possible to connect them to a BACnet point.
• We noticed that the Balena App on the WBM -> Administration/PLCnext Apps shows the Status as STOP, even though we have the container running (see the output for balena ps command):
• When we try to reinstall the app via WBM and start it, we got this Output(from /etc/plcnext/logs/Output.log):Output.log as well as this pop-up on the browser:

Update: I can find the BACnet on my computer from a BACnet Explorer app. This is the report returned by the App. (It must confirm that the BACnet network is accessible, but the Bacnet gateway on PLCnext is not discovering it).
