Is Cow the right name for the script-language? I'd say "csvw" is the right format and cow is the tool?

The official answer is: "COW extends the CSVW standard with the JINJA2 templating language", which I would shorten for the export-dropdown menu to CoW or CoW template. @ivozandhuis @wouterbeek

I'm assuming that the currently used label ("CoW") is clear enough (even though there are some JINJA2 extensions). Closing...
