🚀 Add RocketRML and remove RATT to generate RDF #89

This pull request:

Adds the use of RocketRML to generate RDF from the RML mappings generated by the LDWizard
Removes the proprietary RATT dependency and all related code
Removes support for CSVW and RATT export formats (related to https://github.com/pldn/LDWizard/issues/58)

I just realized I messed up the merge when adding the latest changes from the pldn main branch, which duplicated my commits. Should have rebased... Closing this PR to create a clean one
