While adding RocketRML as RML processing engine we also removed the possibility to download the CSVw mappings (that can be used with CoW to generate RDF)
With this PR we put back the Download CoW mappings button where it was before we removed it (alongside the Download RML mappings button, but the Download RML still stays the default)
