Use subplebbit.shortAddress and comment.author.shortAddress instead of custom function #237

plebbit-js now includes subplebbit.shortAddress and comment.author.shortAddress. It has a different algorithm than what is currently used in plebbit-react. It actually removes the hash prefix 12D3KooW which isn't useful for a shortAddress.
