fix: scrolling to post from quotelink or backlink doesn't work if cid it's already in the route #509

The c/cid quotelinks (in the post content) and backlinks (smaller, in the post info) can be clicked to scroll to the post. Currently, this works by monitoring the route, scrolling automatically to the post given the reply cid in the route. This means that if the cid is already in the route, it's impossible to scroll to the post again. This bug can happen to the user when attempting to scroll to the same reply twice in a row, or when attempting to scroll to the OP before scrolling to any reply.
