add options for full account data export #355

we either have to include plebbit options, or not include plebbit options when exporting, we can't do both we could have a checkbox "include plebbit options" when exporting and default to the most common use case I guess the most common use case is probably to not include plebbit options

I think the user should also be able to export the account excluding comment and vote history.
