Hello,

Did you consider using I2P instead or in adddition to ETH?

Plebbit uses IPFS and ENS, which I think can both be used with I2P through IPFS gateways and ETH RPCs.

If someone wanted to make a client that routes everything through I2P they can fork one of the client and set it up, there's no plan to integrate I2P in the main client as the goal of plebbit isn't perfect anonymity, rather it's scalability (support billions of users) and censorship resistance. Plebbit does provide some anonymity but your IP is part of the public P2P swarms like in Bittorrent. Your comments and votes can't be linked with your IP though as they are E2E encrypted between you and the community owner.

I think that I2P solves that issue and aside from knowing that you use I2P (i.e. connected to the network), it is much difficult to impossible to find you via remote networks (i.e. WAN).

They are thinking/working on solving the first problem, of knowing that you are connected.
