avoid too many email notifications #10

An email is sent to admins on each upload submission. If your user uploads 20 photos one by one, all admins will get 20 emails. That's far too much.

Had this issue today. We have multiple admins (like 8) and every single file triggers 8 E-Mails. Please provide some way mitigate.

We have the same problem, please make a flag to enable / disable the notification for upload on the rights editor, so it can be turned on or off. Thank you
