Enhancement: Ability for the users to be able to manage their albums and photos #22

For the community that we're building the gallery it's crucial to be able to move/reorder (custom order)/delete both their uploaded photos and albums. Perhaps you could add a global setting to allow users manage their albums and photos and create a interface for that?
