Undocumented or not working in Piwigo 13.x? #3

Hi, I'm not sure if this plugin is working or not anymore, or if the download functionality is broken in Piwigo itself, but I noticed today that there is no download button anywhere in galeries with the default/standard theme in Piwigo 13.3, whether logged in or not, and I could not find anywhere in the album management/admin UI an option to forcefully enable it for an album.

I came here to the github page because https://piwigo.org/ext/extension_view.php?eid=774 doesn't document exactly where in the Piwigo UI I am supposed to find it, thinking that maybe it would be documented in the readme.md, but there is no such file here either.

Is this still supposed to work, and if so, how? Where should I be looking at exactly?

When you have installed the plugin you can find the option for download permissions under:

Albums > Properties > Download

Simply put the album under forbidden
