Write creation date fields #2

Hi, is it possible to write creation date? It could be useful to those old images that do not have this attribute recorded. Thankyou.

I have the same issue. It should write the date from the database. Like masakik said, this would be useful for older images and scanned images.

I was surprised this was left out as well. It looks like the plugin does select date_creation (along with name, comments, author and tags) but then doesn't actually do anything with it.

Any news on this? It would be a great help, if the plugin would write the creation_date as well.
