Hi @8410ttt, sorry for the late reply, but better late then never 😄.

This program works with OBS on windows, but this functionality needs to be installed with webcam option

pip install transparent-background[webcam]

Also, please mind that this is not currently maintained, so you might need some workaround and customization.
