Investigate flashcards game allow list #1

Some flashcards have an list of "allowed games". If the checksum of the header or title ID is not in that file, they report an error (like -4) and not even try to load the game.

Investigate some common flashcards to see if we can figure out the checksum and format of that allow list and can be patched for translations. https://github.com/DS-Homebrew/flashcard-archive

This may be outdated as TwilightMenu+ is getting a lot of compatibility. As we patch out the AP, we just need to be sure most flashcards can run TwilightMenu+

Tested with TwlightMenu in DSi (unlaunch) and 3DS. Tested in DS with flashcard Also tested with MelonDS
