Support wild magic textures, as seen in Totally Spies 2.

I have a working decoder.

Sorry, not interested in coding it myself a second time. Especially not in a language I don't claim to know.

Ok, I can not implement them now since I want to finish the Ninokuni Spanish translation as soon as possible, but once it's finished I will do it.
