In France this category will be useful for smokers as it's now forbidden to smoke in public places. A lot of work to do to make the map "green" ;-) >>> https://www.openstreetbrowser.org/#map=16/47.2135/-1.5526&categories=gastro-smoking

In Austria it will be usefull to non-smokers, as the planned ban on smoking in restaurants (which was supposed to start in May 2018) has been cancelled.
