Update pt-br.json #23

  1. Add generator:source, payment, and a few documented historic tags. (per https://github.com/plepe/OpenStreetBrowser/issues/56)
  2. Add "historic=memorial memorial=plaque" since this is a commemorative memorial and has a different icon on CartoCSS.
  3. Fix misspellings.

Thanks! I added some more payment options though.

The translation for plaque will now be used (plepe/openstreetbrowser-categories-main@937d96a1779903b6d37a7c67ec49591018f653a2). I couldn't find a matching icon. Currently available are font awesome 4, mapbox maki icons and all characters from UTF-8. Maybe you can propose an icon?

Oops, I missed this one.

I looked for a suitable icon in these fonts but unfortunately I couldn't find one. I think the monument-11 from mapbox maki suffices for the time being.
