makes UseTrackerDemo uses FastMM4.pas in repository, then fixes #67 #71

fixes #67

UseTrackerDemo unit search path fix DEBUG + RELEASE mode add DCC_UnitSearchPath.... so the FastMM4 unit and include file can be found.
Document default values of DebugFillPattern and DebugReservedAddress near their definition.
Point back use of DebugReservedAddress to DebugFillPattern.

This makes it way easier to find back the cause of $8080#### in exceptions like access violations to the FastMM4 code enforcing them.
