Program the tavern's /drinkingchallenge and its associated drinking challenge medal (adding 420 to light attack when its in the used inventory)

lightattack cares about the count of "drinkingchallengemedal" in the used inventory

next need to program the score system and adding the drinkchallengemedal to used inventory on win.
