Hi,

I am not able to select only the hiresclim2 part for the pull: however, there are only config files for marconi (only a few of them is working), a first set of modification on autopostproc (far from be operational) and preliminary scripts - based on a version developed by Kristian Strommen to be used as wrapper for ece2cmor3 which we want to keep in our github. I am not fully experienced on the functionality of github so let me know what is the best way to proceed, perhaps you can select which file can be pulled and which not.

Just tested your changes with some data on cca. I got the exact same results (hiresclim+ecmean) for default output structure. I could sherry-pick what to merge but will go ahead with everything (it is just easier and does not break anything). For monthly output, this is not working as is. The string to be evaluated later by eval must be in strong (single) quote so it is not expanded too early. I will take care of that, and see if we can re-instate set -u at the same time.

Ok thanks! Perhaps later on the ece2cmor3_support scripts may become useful for everybody.
