Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'alma-pgdg-common-testing': Cannot download repomd.xml #268

When running ./centos2alma --upgrade-postgres --remove-unknown-perl-modules, the "Do" phase stops at about 7:30 with the log showing the following error message:

Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'alma-pgdg-common-testing': Cannot download repomd.xml

Googling doesn't find any hit on alma-pgdg-common-testing,

Can't provide a feedback report due to my hosting provider making it very difficult to use anything else than their control panel to SSH.

The repository "alma-pgdg-common-testing" is the AlmaLinux 8 equivalent of your PostgreSQL repository. Elivate will use this to retrieve PostgreSQL packages. It seems that the repository URL is configured incorrectly in your case. It's probable that you're using an unexpected repository for centos2alma, resulting in incorrect mapping. Could you please locate the "pgdg-common-testing" repository in your /etc/yum.repo.d directory and provide the entire description of it?

Found it in /etc/yum.repo.d/pgdg-redhat-all.repo. This is the entire file. Relevant section at ~62:

Interestingly, there are no repositories at https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/testing/common/redhat/rhel-7-aarch64 or https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/testing/common/redhat/rhel-8-aarch64. Both URLs return a 404 error, which causes issues.

I assume they were removed a some time ago. And to fix the problem, you can simply remove pgdg-common-testing from /etc/yum.repo.d/pgdg-redhat-all.repo and alma-pgdg-common-testing from /etc/leapp/files/leapp_upgrade_repositories.repo and /etc/leapp/files/repomap.csv.

Seems to work. Have to remove pgdg-common-srpm-testing as well. Running ./centos --resume now; hope that was it.

Thought that removing just from pgdg-redhat-all.repo before starting the installation process would be enough; was not. Will attempt again tomorrow.
