Reverse DNS zone not syncing #27

Hello! We had installed and configured an extensions on our Plesk Onyx (17.5.3) and slave server on CentOS 7. All zones a synced ok, but file with PTR records of our IPs (we have a /22 subnet) does`t created.

Could you please help with this problem?
