Slave DNS does not resolves subdomain #44

Hello friends,

I did make this:

sync plesk to bind9 succesfully as procedure indication
All the zones are present (with subdomains A registries)
When trying to resolve a example.com it works resolving
But when trying to resolve a subdomain.example.com the answer is: Server Failed

Plesk instalation over Centos 7 with lastest version of Slave Dns. The slave dns is Centos 7 with Bind 9 latest version too

¿What's wrong? Thank you
