rndc doesn't take default-server from config #8

There is an issue with rndc on RedHat. It doesn't take a default server from config (https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29131762/rndc_issue/config.png) and uses 127.0.0.1 instead: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/29131762/rndc_issue/run.png

rndc version: "Version: 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.37.rc1.el6_7.6"
