Error: Could not access the following file or directory #196

I'm having difficulty with one domain that won't renew. This is the error I'm given:

Could not access the following file or directory: '/var/www/vhosts/[foo]/httpdocs/.well-known/acme-challenge/LwCAvAt1cQ9bwMt6vZp4wf-GBoV2Wduz5kakYP5ZrtI'. Please make sure that the domain's system user has read and write access to this file or directory.

The owner/group do already match the domain user and deleting the .well-known directory and trying again doesn't work either.

Any suggestions what I should try?

Hallo,

I have the same error. "The authorization token is not available at http://[domain]/.well-known/acme-challenge/[token]."

But it is available. I checked it.

Same here. Does anyone solve this?

We didn't manage to solve this and ended up recreating the domain on another Plesk box.

A solution would be nice.
