Fixed: IP-Assigning when user is not "admin" #28

Removed (IMHO) unnecessary function isAdmin() and the use of it when assigning IP-Addresses which would only work it the username for connecting to Plesk from WHMCS was "admin"

unfortunately I don't have any old versions to test a potential fix - so I will continue using my fix (I only have onyx) until you figure something out that is backwards compatible ;)
