PBS changed their api and the plugin is currently broken. This restores most functionality.

Show thumbnails only work for some shows, the api no longer server thumbnail urls.

I spoke too soon, still working some issues

Okay, it's working now. Had to force the livestreams to be http instead of https. Not sure why, but https was crashing the plex transcoder.
