Directplay playback fixes #225

Description:

raises the bitrate limit for "Original" quality to 1gbit from 200mbit
increases the ~~DP-supported~~ transcode-path channel count for DCA from 6 to 8
re-enables direct play for videos with multiple video streams

https://github.com/plexinc/plex-for-kodi/commit/e0dc1124d288a8195316ac892fbbd00292afe280 is good for direct stream decisions and 8 channel audio, if direct play doesn't work.
