Pause menu is too dark #338

Description:

the background of the pause action is too dark， it obscures subtitles，especially when u resume the video，the dark background continue obscures subtitles for about 1 sec， it feels bad

it should be nice to increase the transparency of the dark background， or removes dark background immediately when video playback is resumed
