Some files are not played smoothly

PMS Version: 1.21.1.3830 PMP Version: 4.49.2-0c23706 Platform (Windows/macOS/Embedded RPi/Embedded Intel): Ubuntu Server 20.04

Steps to reproduce

Player sometimes skips random amount of time (please see the attached video - pay attention to the timer value).
