Unable to access URL #1041

as part of cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DQTROOT=/opt/Qt5.9.5/5.9/gcc_64/ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/ .. Access to https://nightlies.plex.tv/directdl/plex-dependencies/plexmediaplayer-qt/206/hash.txt seems to now be restricted (error 403 permission denied) and I am unable to proceed

Test environment

PMS Version: PMP Version: Platform Ubuntu 20.04/odroid N2+:

Steps to reproduce

  1. run cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DQTROOT=/opt/Qt5.9.5/5.9/gcc_64/ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/ ..

Current behavior

  1. constant looping of -- Downloading https://nightlies.plex.tv/directdl/plex-dependencies/plexmediaplayer-qt/206/hash.txt to plexmediaplayer-qt-206-hash.txt...

    Expected behavior

  2. hash.txt downloads

seems to be fixed by https://github.com/plexinc/plex-media-player/issues/996
