I can confirm this error. After count 4 of this message it restarts playback: [ INFO ] JS: [Subtitles] Request failed. [undefined] Count: 4 This seems to be a problem with subtitles. Please check playback without subtitles selected. This worked for me. But I need subs most of the time, so this is a blocker for me. If it helps you what I did was to revert back to 1.1.6, last commit for this version was on oct. 4. This also means that this error was introduced afterwards.
please check it with latest commit, it seems to fix the problem. it is working for me...
Known problem. It's not fixed yet. Attempting playback with subtitles will fail.
it is working for me at this very moment, tried already 2 different movies, and different subtitles. yesterday it was not working, but today after last commit, it is working...
i mean commit 815f435
At least it's not fixed for me. We know that it must be something in web-client.
How can I check out just up to the last stable 1.1.6 commit?
git reset --hard 7375112
I was wrong, the problem persists on one of my computers, it is a NUC6I3SYH with ubuntu 16.04.1…
@Enigma0 : is this still an issue ?
Nope - not in the latest builds anyway.
Playback is flashing black/stuttering frequently while playing movies. Happens every couple of seconds and then it's fine for a few minutes but starts again. Sometimes it stops playing altogether and drops to a
loading failed
message.
