Test environment

PMS Version: 1.16.5.1488 PMP Version: 1.0.0.792-d4adb056 Platform (Windows/macOS/Embedded RPi/Embedded Intel): Windows

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Plex Media Player on Windows
  2. Try to play a video

Current behavior

  1. Pop-up modal with error "Playback Error An unknown error occurred (-13) Error code: -13"

Expected behavior

  1. Video plays

This report is not about Plex Media Player but the new desktop app. The repository for this app is not public.

Thanks @pmayeur I'll look into remote and/or transcoded playback.
