Mac OS dark mode support #969

This will allow the title bar to turn dark in Mac OS with enabled dark mode.

Out of curiosity, are you a TV layout or a Desktop layout user of Plex Media Player?

@mseeley I edited the commit message to include the sign off.

I'm using the desktop layout, usually in a small window. That's why I was bothered by the title bar not fitting in with other apps.

I'm having trouble getting this through our CI system. Will land it as-is; it's very easy to roll back should we find a sharp edge.
