Minor README clarification on file in SPACEMACSDIR #44

Hi Arne!

Just adding a touch of clarification to the Spacemacs info -- this threw me off, I was trying to put a .spacemacs file in the specified SPACEMACSDIR, but it ignores that & will only use init.el.

Really handy tool, by the way, thanks for your work on it.
