As the project depends on GPL Emacs libraries I don't see how it can be licensed under another license.
This is my fault, as the header implied that the package was under Mozilla Public License, but a paragraph mentioning GPL was left in, I assumed that the package was OK to be licensed under MPL...
It seems Bozhidar is right. MPL 2.0 is compatible with the GPL, but the GPL isn't compatible with MPL.

I'm guessing that you have one template that you just copy and paste...
The same issue was present in a.el, that's why I caught it here.
