added endpoint for moving sectors to another crag with services that manage related entities
added endpoint for moving routes between sectors with an option to merge with another route
moved some ascent validation from activity route service to a helper so it can be used elsewhere
added triggers to a script to be used by the test database

Route merge is mostly covered by e2e tests, but it would be nice to test this manually with https://github.com/plezanje-net/web/pull/445
