[Roles] Add Editor role and make editors people who edit content and Admins 'real' admins. #386

Users who can edit crags solo, and users that can also confirm other 'normal' users' contributions have now a role of Admim. Better naming would be Editor. We also switched to 'urejanje' url section from 'admim' so this would make it more consistent.
