[Crag, Route | Management] When selecting some default grading systems on a new crag they are not transferred as a default when adding routes. #389

To reproduce> Add a new crag, select default grading system 'Aid'. Save crag Add a sector Start adding a route to the sector. Observe that a default grading system on the route has not been auto populated.

Also doesn't work on dgss 'Water Ice', 'Mix', 'Alpine Ice', 'IFAS', 'Angle' But does work on 'French', 'Hueco', 'Font', 'UIAA', 'YDS'
