windows babun ansible install #1

to install ansible on windows via Babun, just use the command: >> pact install ansible

that will install python and anisble directly.

Unfortunately, Babun as a project is now discontinued. I used cygwin-portable-installer as a Linux environment for my Windows 10 testing.
