"Hide All" feature

The Hide keyboard shortcut is great! It'd be nice to have a hide all / hide what's on the current page kind of functionality, so you don't always see the same thing when you come back to the site :)

Ideally, where should the "hide all" button be placed? In the options bar?

I'd say top bar or "footer" on the side

• button for "mark all read"
• if not hidden read links are greyed out too
• exclude from "mark all read" by clicking "follow" on comments page of a submission (maybe there is a more intuitive way?)

Further nice functions:

• provide the same functionality for comments (mark all read, hide read)
• folds comments like the reddit enhancement suite: fold all, but keep top level comments visible.
