docs: add initial contribution guide

Hey! Thanks for opening this PR 🙂

There are a few things I wanted to discuss before merging it into master:

to automatically fix lining errors, the script name is lint-fix, instead of lint:fix.
to install the extension locally, the user doesn't need to fork the repository and clone the forked repository, they can directly clone this repository.
it'd be cool if you can include instructions for loading the extension as a Firefox add-on in debug mode. If not, I can include post-merge.

Sorry for the delay! Thanks for the feedback (and for the project!).

I've made the changes as requested. I haven't used FF add-ons before so an extra glance there would be great to make sure I've got it right!
