Additional ALSA dependencies #252

For someone new to this project some missing prerequisites for compiling with alsa-backend should be noted inside the README file.

libogg-dev and libvorbis-dev get built automatically if they are not found on this system.

For me the compilation on Raspbian (Stretch) has stopped due to both dependencies could not be found. Then I had to install them manually.
