What have you done to debug this issue? Are you certain the librespot process is even running after startup? This process sounds like a kodi bug as it's not an issue I've seen mentioned here before.
Furthermore, actual repo is now:
This should be reported at libreelec/kodi. None of this (even the version number!) means much in a librespot context.
I have no idea. I don't know how to debug it. I'm just a user who encountered an out-of-the-box bug that I wanted to report. I mean, that what the whole issue reporting thing is for, isn't it? This GitHub page was the hit I got while searching "LibreSpot" on Google. The other repo does not even appear on page 1 of the Google search, and this page does not mention the repo is now maintained elsewhere. I'll put the bug there.
The bug is very likely not with librespot. I would head over to kodi.
After installing out-of-the-box LibreSpot 8.2.108 (from the standard repo) on out-of-the-box LibreElec 8.2.3 (Kodi Krypton 17.8), everything worked fine. After a reboot the device is not discoverable. By using the Kodi GUI My Addons -> Services -> LibreSpot en selecting "update", the service seems to be started again (even though I 'updated' to the same version). I have to repeat this every (re)boot (which I find quite tedious).
