Feature Request - Programmable Cab Colors? #4

A good feature to add to the self driving car software would be programmable cab colors. We could have the lights change depending on certain conditions like time of day, date, weather, etc... that would overall add a level of comfort to the experience.

I think this is a great idea! Especially how it can match to the time of day, great feature!

@cmb2333 I think the color isn't working because issue #3 is in the way of it working.
