Plinky Expander will not work - please help #1

I am wondering if someone can help me out. I built the expander for my Plinky, but it is not lighting up at all, and not being recognized over USB. Looks like it might not be getting power, but I have 10-12v at the power pins on Plinky. Anyone else run into this issue, or know what I should look at next?

hi! sorry to hear that. could i ask - what color plinky board do you have? could you post photos of the expander underside? where/when did you get the expander? when you say you see power at the plinky pins, could you also check at the expander end? i’ve not seen this issue before so if we can work thru the basics maybe we can fix it.

I got it to work, ended up being the jumper (did not know if needed to be bridged). Thank you and sorry for the late reply.
