Silence_threshold is too high #144

Hello,

When recording, the API doesn't provide a way of setting "silence_threshold", and it defaults to 500, which it pretty high is the person leaving the message doesn't talk loud. It shouldn't hang up the call even if the guy is whispering.

Would it be possible to expose this parameter on the API?
