Multiple grammar, Semantic Interpretation, and url/builtin support #98

I added support for multiple grammars, semantic interpretation output, and url/builtin grammars (passing a URL or builtin: grammar via mrcp).

This is the first time I used python, so even if it isn't merged in hopefully these features can be implemented, and you don't have to do all the work.
